By using the Elie Samaha Baghdad app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

- For customers: sign-in, queue tracking, booking requests, notifications, and ratings.
- For authorized staff: tools to manage queues, bookings, and reports.
The App is intended for Elie Samaha Center in Baghdad.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Unlawful use, unauthorized access, abuse, or offensive content are prohibited.
The center may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
4. Bookings and queues
- Booking requests may require approval.
- Wait times are estimates and may change.
- Notification delivery depends on device settings and network.
5. Intellectual property
The center name, logo, app design, and content are owned by or licensed to the center.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. Service may be affected by maintenance, network issues, or external providers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
